The first appointment includes conducting
a full case history and examination together with orthopaedic tests to fully determine the cause of pain or discomfort and therefore provide the best treatment.
Follow up Osteopathic appointment after the initial consultation. You can book a 30 or 45 minute appointment as your follow up, depending, more complex or multiple injuries may require the longer session.
SPORTS AND DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
1 Hour Appointment

The 1 hour appointment is our standard treatment and is great for a full body massage, with focus on a specific pain or area if required.
45 Minute Appointment

The 45 minute massage is good for those who want a specific area treated or a half body treatment eg. back, neck, shoulders and arms.
30 Minute Appointment

The 30 minute massage is ideal for those who only want a specific area treated eg. neck & shoulders or legs.
90 Minute Appointment
£110
The 90 minute massage is great for those with two or more focus areas, this ensures enough time dedicated to those areas of pain or injury, whilst still treating the whole body.
It's also great for those who just want a longer massage treatment.
